especially Tai Chi, uphold martial arts ethics and values, and help the public improve their well-being through beneficial and strengthening physical activities.

International Competitive Quan Shu

International Competitive Quan Shu (拳术, "Quan Shu" meaning "fist techniques" or "martial arts") refers to a standardized form of martial arts competition, often associated with Wushu, that focuses on various hand-to-hand combat techniques. It is a key component of modern Wushu, which is practiced globally in a competitive sports format

International Traditional Taiji Quan Shu

Unlike modern or performance-based Wushu, Traditional Taiji Quan Shu emphasizes the authentic, classical principles of Tai Chi as both a martial art and a practice for health and well-being.
In international settings, Traditional Taiji Quan Shu focuses on preserving the original styles and forms, such as: Chen Style (陈氏) Yang Style (杨氏) Wu Style (吴氏) Sun Style (孙氏)

Taiji Push Hands

Taiji Push Hands (also known as Tuishou, 推手) is a traditional training method within Tai Chi (Taiji Quan) that teaches practitioners how to apply the martial art's principles of balance, sensitivity, and internal energy in a two-person exercise. It is both a training tool and a form of martial application, helping students to improve their ability to sense and respond to an opponent's movements, maintaining balance while trying to unbalance the other.
